This study aims to analyze the influence of internal communication and interpersonal relationships on employee performance at PT Bintang Mono Indonesia. The research employed a quantitative approach with a causal associative research design. The population consisted of 31 employees, with 30 respondents selected using purposive sampling. Data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using IBM SPSS, including validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test, correlation coefficient, and coefficient of determination. The results indicate that internal communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a regression coefficient of 0.510, a t-value of 2.355, and a significance value of 0.026. Interpersonal relationships also have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a regression coefficient of 0.490, a t-value of 2.530, and a significance value of 0.018. Simultaneously, internal communication and interpersonal relationships have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, as indicated by an F-value of 18.244 and a significance level of less than 0.001. Both independent variables explain 54.3% of the variation in employee performance, while the remaining 45.7% is influenced by other factors outside the research model. These findings suggest that improving internal communication and fostering positive interpersonal relationships can enhance employee performance at PT Bintang Mono Indonesia.
