This study aims to examine the direct effects of Work Experience, e-Performance, and Performance Allowances on the work productivity of National Library (Perpusnas) employees, as well as their indirect effects mediated by Work Motivation. The study employs an explanatory quantitative approach and a cross-sectional design. Data analysis was conducted using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) via the SmartPLS application, based on a sample of 350 employees selected through simple random sampling. The results indicate that Work Experience influences both Work Motivation and Work Productivity, while Work Motivation influences Work Productivity; consequently, Work Motivation acts as a partial mediator between Work Experience and Work Productivity. Although e-Performance and Performance Allowances do not have a significant direct effect on Work Productivity, they do exert a significant influence when mediated by Work Motivation; thus, Work Motivation serves as a full mediator between e-Performance and Performance Allowances and the work productivity of Perpusnas employees.
