This study aims to evaluate the empirical impact of work discipline and work motivation on employee performance at Sapta Wahana Motor Garut. The institutional phenomena underscoring this research stem from substandard sales target achievements, noticeable fluctuations in individual productivity, erratic attendance patterns, and low engagement among certain personnel in organizational capacity-building programs. Employing a quantitative methodology, this research incorporates both descriptive and verificative approaches. Primary data were gathered through structured observations, field interviews, documentation studies, and the distribution of questionnaires to the entire census population consisting of 34 employees of Sapta Wahana Motor Garut. The analytical framework utilizes statistical modeling based on Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares (PLS-SEM). The hypothesis testing demonstrates that work discipline and work motivation, both simultaneously and partially, exert a positive and significant influence on enhancing employee performance. Heightened discipline—operationalized through strict regulatory compliance, punctuality, and operational accountability—substantially drives task effectiveness. Concurrently, motivational stimulation sustained by structured rewards, career progression opportunities, and a conducive workplace environment further accelerates workforce productivity. The synthesis of these findings confirms that the continuous acceleration of work discipline and motivation serves as the primary determinant in optimizing human resource performance at Sapta Wahana Motor Garut.
