This research aims to analyze the role of the Mojokerto City Health Office in implementing the CANTING GULA MOJO Program (Community Empowerment Movement for Stunting Prevention in Mojokerto City) as an effort to accelerate stunting reduction. Data was gathered through interviews, observations, and documentation; the study used a descriptive qualitative technique. Data analysis was conducted using Muhadam Labolo’s role theory, which consists of four dimensions: regulator, dynamizer, facilitator, and catalyst. The findings reveal that the Mojokerto City Health Office has effectively performed these roles through policy formulation and technical guidelines, community mobilization, provision of facilities and support systems through the GAYATRI application, and strengthening cross-sector collaboration. The study concludes that the CANTING GULA MOJO Program contributes significantly to integrated and sustainable stunting prevention and reduction efforts in Mojokerto City.
