This study aims to analyze the implementation of Adaptive Governance in the Climate Village Program (ProKlim) in Agrowisata Village, Rumbai Barat District, Pekanbaru City, and to identify the factors supporting the program's success. This study employed a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Informants were selected using purposive sampling and consisted of government officials, ProKlim administrators, neighborhood leaders, community health volunteers (Posyandu), mosquito larvae monitoring volunteers (Jumantik), and members of the Women Farmers Group. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation, and were analyzed using the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña, including data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. The findings reveal that Adaptive Governance was implemented through meaningful collaboration and coordination among stakeholders, strengthening social capital and community empowerment, capacity development and knowledge-based decision-making, as well as adaptive leadership that encouraged continuous governance innovation. The study concludes that Adaptive Governance is an effective approach to developing collaborative, adaptive, and sustainable community-based environmental governance.
