Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effects of Organizational Learning, Employee Engagement, and Employee Resilience on Employee Performance among employees of PT Sung Shin Advance Indonesia, Main Office Division. The study employed a quantitative approach with an explanatory research design involving 66 employees selected through a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected using a questionnaire with a 10-point Likert scale and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS. The results indicate that Organizational Learning does not have a significant effect on Employee Performance (sig. 0.480 > 0.05), while Employee Engagement (sig. 0.000 < 0.05) and Employee Resilience (sig. 0.002 < 0.05) have positive and significant effects on Employee Performance. Simultaneously, Organizational Learning, Employee Engagement, and Employee Resilience significantly influence Employee Performance, with an F-value of 28.792 and a significance level of 0.000. The findings suggest that employees’ work engagement and their ability to adapt to workplace pressures and changes are the primary factors driving performance improvement. This study concludes that Employee Engagement and Employee Resilience are critical factors in enhancing Employee Performance, whereas Organizational Learning does not have a significant partial effect. Therefore, companies should strengthen employee engagement and resilience while optimizing the implementation of organizational learning practices to more effectively support performance improvement.
