INOVASI MANAJEMEN SEKOLAH DALAM MENGHADAPI TANTANGAN PENDIDIKAN MODERN

Abstract

This study aims to analyze school management innovation in facing the challenges of modern education. The study employed a qualitative approach using a literature study research method. Data collection techniques were carried out through documentation studies by collecting various literature sources in the form of scientific journals, books, and other supporting documents relevant to the research topic. The data analysis method used was content analysis through the stages of data reduction, data classification, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study indicate that school management innovation has an important role in improving the quality of education in the modern era. These innovations include visionary leadership, digital transformation in education, strengthening school organizational culture, transparency in educational governance, and increasing stakeholder participation in education management. Digital transformation in school management is able to improve the effectiveness of educational administration, learning quality, and technology-based educational services. This study concludes that school management innovation is an important strategy in facing the challenges of modern education; therefore, strengthening educational leadership, utilizing digital technology, and implementing transparent educational governance are necessary to improve the quality of education sustainably.
