This research aims to analyze the influence of government roles, government strategies, and administrator strategies on the increase of local revenue (PAD) in the marine and fisheries sector in the Southwest Papua Province, specifically at the Klademak Fishery Port in Sorong City. The method used is quantitative, with data collection through questionnaires to 60 respondents and data analysis using multiple regression. The research results show that the government and administrator's strategies significantly influence the increase in PAD, but the government's strategy has no significant effect when considered alone. However, these three variables simultaneously explain 96.1% of the variation in PAD increase. The novelty of this research lies in the simultaneous testing of three key variables in the fisheries sector of newly autonomous regions. The practical implication of this research is the need for synergy between the government and administrators to optimize the potential of PAD in the marine and fisheries sector.
