This study aims to analyze the management of the Free Nutritious Meal Program in schools and its implications for student learning motivation. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a literature study (library research). Data collection techniques were carried out through documentation studies of scientific journals, books, research reports, and related policy documents. Data were analyzed using content analysis techniques through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study indicate that the success of the Free Nutritious Meal Program is greatly influenced by the quality of program management, which includes planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation. In terms of planning, programs based on local needs are more effective in achieving their targets. In terms of implementation, the program has been proven to increase student attendance, participation, concentration, and engagement in learning. However, obstacles were still found in the aspects of monitoring and evaluation, such as uneven food distribution and inconsistent food quality. The Free Nutritious Meal Program also has positive implications for student learning motivation by improving students' physical condition, cognitive abilities, and psychological conditions. The conclusion of this study indicates that effective and sustainable management of the Free Nutritious Meal Program plays a vital role in increasing student learning motivation and supporting the creation of better quality education.
