This research analyzes the influence of performance, compensation, and work culture on the improvement of employe services at the Department of Industry, Energy and Mineral Resources, Cooperatives, and SMEs of Maybrat Regency. The objective of the research is to identify the dominant factors that influence the quality of public service. The quantitative method was used with a survey approach, involving 42 ASN respondents, and the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results show that performance significantly affects service improvement, while compensation and work culture are not significant in isolation, but all three have a simultaneous effect. The novelty of this research lies in the context of newly autonomous regions with limited resources, which have not been extensively studied before. The implications of this research provide policy recommendations to focus on employe performance development as the main priority for improving public services, as well as the need for continuous evaluation of work culture and compensation systems to support quality service.
