This study aims to examine the role of training, leadership style, and rewards in employee performance at CV. Jaka Jati Jepara. This study is motivated by the importance of improving the quality of human resources in facing increasingly fierce business competition, as well as the limited empirical studies that integrate these three variables in one study model in the medium-scale industrial sector. The study technique used is a numerical processing technique with a survey. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 80 informants using a census technique. Data analysis applied the Partial Least Square (PLS) technique with the SmartPLS 4 software program. The study data shows that training, leadership style, and rewards play a positive and significant role in employee performance. The training variable contributes a more dominant role than other variables. The discussion shows that improving the quality of training, implementing effective leadership, and providing appropriate and sustainable rewards can encourage optimal improvements in employee performance. The conclusion of this study is that these three variables play an important role in improving employee performance and supporting the organization's success in achieving its stated goals.
