This study examines the effect of communication, employee engagement, and technology mastery on employee performance at the Social Empowerment and Child Protection Agency of Southwest Papua Province. The objective is to analyze the partial and simultaneous effects of these variables and to identify the dominant factor. A quantitative associative approach was applied using saturated sampling of 49 employees and analyzed through multiple linear regression. The results indicate that communication and technology mastery have a significant effect on employee performance, while employee engagement has no significant effect. The findings imply that strengthening internal communication and improving technological capabilities are essential to enhance employee performance in public sector institutions.
