This study aims to analyze the effect of education, training, and promotion on employee performance at the Department of Population and Civil Registration, Community Empowerment, and Village Affairs of Southwest Papua Province. Employing a quantitative associative approach, the research involved all employees of the department as respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results show that training and promotion have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while education does not have a significant effect. Simultaneously, education, training, and promotion collectively have a significant impact on employee performance, contributing 71% to performance variance. These findings highlight the importance of continuous training and a transparent promotion system to improve civil servant performance in newly established government institutions.
