The purpose of the research is to determine and analyze the influence of competence, motivation, and compensation on the improvement of employe performance at the Secretariat Office of the People's Assembly of the Southwest Papua Province. The research method uses a quantitative approach with an associative method to measure the relationship and influence between variables. The research results show that the multiple regression test, the model used is proven to be significant (p < 0.05) with an R Square value of 0.927, which means 92.7% of the variation in employe performance can be explained by the variables of competence, motivation, and compensation simultaneously. However, only the competence variable has a significant effect on employe performance (β = 0.858, p = 0.000), while motivation and compensation were not proven to be significant. Meanwhile, the results of the regression test in the coefficients table (b test) show that the competence variable has a regression coefficient (beta) value of 0.858. In contrast, the motivation and compensation variables have much smaller beta coefficient values, 0.089 and 0.05, respectively. Thus, it can be concluded that out of the three independent variables tested, only competence statistically proven to have a dominant influence.
