This study is motivated by the fact that stunting remains one of the most serious public health issues in Indonesia, including in Bandung Regency. The high prevalence of stunting indicates that fulfilling the nutritional needs of the community, particularly among vulnerable groups, is still a major challenge that requires comprehensive intervention. The Indonesian government has introduced the Free Nutritious Meal Program (MBG) as part of its strategy to accelerate stunting reduction by improving access to nutritious food. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Free Nutritious Meal Program policy in addressing stunting in Bandung Regency. This research uses a quantitative method with descriptive and explanatory approaches. Data were collected through questionnaires, observations, and documentation involving stakeholders responsible for the implementation of the program. The analysis applies Edward III’s policy implementation theory, which includes four main indicators: communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. The results show that the implementation of the MBG program in Bandung Regency has been carried out through coordination between local government and related agencies. However, several challenges remain, particularly in policy communication, the availability of human resources, and coordination among institutions. Nevertheless, the program has significant potential to improve community nutritional intake and contribute to stunting reduction if implemented effectively and sustainably. Therefore, strengthening coordination, improving resources, and conducting regular program monitoring are necessary to ensure the effectiveness of the policy implementation in addressing stunting in Bandung Regency.
