This study aims to analyze workforce management as well as recruitment and selection processes at PT Bio Farma (Persero) through an internship program in the Human Capital division, specifically in the Recruitment and Assessment section. The internship was conducted using a direct on-the-job training method under the guidance of mentors, combined with descriptive analysis of primary and secondary data. Internship activities serve as a learning platform that provides students with real work experience and the application of theories learned in lectures, particularly in the field of human resource management. The results indicate that recruitment and selection at PT Bio Farma are carried out systematically, in stages, and in a standardized manner to ensure that employees possess the required competencies and alignment with the designated positions. This process supports the effectiveness of workforce management and the professional development of internship participants. The internship experience also enhances students’ professional skills, work ethics, administrative management, and soft skills. Based on these findings, recommendations include developing detailed administrative selection guidelines and conducting regular competency evaluations to improve the quality of recruitment and selection processes.
