This research aims to analyze the relationship between Psychological Capital and Job Embeddedness among employees in the high-risk public sector. The research method applied in this study uses a quantitative approach with a correlational design to test the relationship between variables. Data collection techniques were carried out using a saturated sampling method (census) involving a population of 122 employees, where after going through a data screening process, a total of 108 valid respondents were obtained for analysis. The data analysis process was carried out using Pearson's Correlation statistical test. The results of the study and discussion show a significant positive relationship between Psychological Capital and Job Embeddedness with a moderate relationship strength (r=0.338; p<0.002). This finding indicates that psychological resources, which include aspects of hope, self-efficacy, resilience, and optimism, play an important role in strengthening employees' bonds, fit, and perception of sacrifice to remain in the institution. The findings of this study confirm that the higher the level of Psychological Capital possessed by employees, the stronger their Job Embeddedness, which theoretically clarifies the distinction of the concept of Job Embeddedness as a form of structural retention in local literature.
