PENGUATAN MANAJEMEN DIGITALISASI ADMINISTRASI PENDIDIKAN BERBASIS NILAI ISLAM DI MADRASAH ALIYAH

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the strengthening of digital management in educational administration based on Islamic values at Madrasah Aliyah in Gorontalo City, as part of efforts to establish efficient and morally grounded educational governance. The research is motivated by the weak integration between digital administrative systems and Islamic ethical values, resulting in digitalization that is technically functional but ethically shallow. A qualitative descriptive approach was employed, using in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation at several public and private Madrasah Aliyah in Gorontalo City. Data were analyzed through the Miles and Huberman model consisting of data reduction, presentation, and verification stages. The findings reveal that the values of amanah (trustworthiness), ihsan (excellence), and syura (consultation) are essential pillars in strengthening digital administration, promoting transparency, accountability, and collective participation. The discussion emphasizes that successful digitalization depends not only on technological innovation but also on spiritual leadership and the cultural readiness of the madrasah organization.
