This research aims to examine the revitalization of sustainable agriculture and the development of a coffee agro-industry in Keban Agung Village, based on community empowerment, to strengthen the inclusive economy in underdeveloped areas through technology and innovation based on local potential. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach, using observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation of the coffee cultivation, processing, and marketing processes carried out by local farmer groups. The results indicate that the implementation of an intercropping system in coffee cultivation can increase land efficiency, maintain soil fertility, and reduce dependence on chemical fertilizers, making it more environmentally friendly and sustainable. Strengthening the coffee value chain is carried out through the implementation of community-scale post-harvest technology using a huller machine, which improves coffee bean quality and reduces production time and costs. Furthermore, branding and digital marketing training for Keban Agung Robusta coffee products has had a significant impact on increasing competitiveness and market reach. This research confirms that the integration of appropriate technology, social innovation, and community empowerment is key to accelerating economic progress based on local potential towards village independence and sustainability.
