This study aims to analyze the influence of talent culture and corporate culture on organizational performance, with employee satisfaction serving as a mediating variable. The respondents consisted of 149 employees from various State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) in Jakarta, representing management, supervisory, and staff levels. Data were collected through a structured online survey, and the analysis was conducted using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method with AMOS version 24.0. The empirical results indicate that talent culture has a significant effect on organizational performance, with an estimated coefficient of 0.404 and a p-value of 0.031. However, the relationship between talent culture and employee satisfaction is not statistically significant (p = 0.108). Corporate culture has a strong and significant influence on employee satisfaction (estimate = 0.859; p = 0.000) and also positively affects organizational performance (estimate = 0.413; p = 0.025). Conversely, employee satisfaction does not directly affect organizational performance (p = 0.406) and is not proven to mediate the relationship between either talent culture or corporate culture and organizational performance. These findings highlight the importance of strengthening corporate culture as a key strategy to enhance both employee satisfaction and overall organizational performance.
