Abstract

This study aims to examine how leadership style, work ethic, and compensation influence employee performance at the UPTD Kaliwates Community Health Center in Jember. The study collects data using a quantitative, descriptive method. All employees received questionnaires. To ensure that the study instruments were accurate, the data were checked for validity and reliability. A multiple linear regression analysis is based on classic hypothesis tests. The results show that leadership style, work ethic, and compensation have a significant impact on employee performance at a significance level of 0.000. Partially, work discipline and leadership exert the strongest influence on improving employee performance, while compensation also has a significant but relatively smaller effect (p = 0.012). These findings indicate that effective leadership implementation, improved work discipline, and fair compensation systems play an important role in creating optimal employee performance within the Kaliwates Public Health Center work environment.
