Abstract

This study examines of the Electronic Human Development Worker (e-HDW) application as part of the digital transformation of posyandu health services in Keper Village, Krembung District, Sidoarjo Regency. Guided by Rogers’ (2003) Diffusion of Innovation theory, the research evaluates five key indicators. The findings reveal that, in terms of relative advantage, e-HDW significantly improves efficiency and data accuracy compared to manual systems. Regarding compatibility, the application is well-aligned with the needs of health cadres and integrates seamlessly with the village administrative system. Although complexity remains a challenge due to technical issues such as system errors and slow performance, cadres demonstrate adaptability over time. The trialability indicator shows that cadres can easily test and apply the system without extensive training. Finally, observability is evident through transparent health data reporting, reflected in a convergence score of 87.54%. Overall, e-HDW serves as an effective digital innovation that enhances efficiency, accuracy, and accountability in community health services.
