STRATEGI DISPENDUKCAPIL KABUPATEN JOMBANG DALAM MENINGKATKAN JUMLAH KEPEMILIKAN AKTA KELAHIRAN MELALUI PROGRAM JEMPUT BOLA “CAK DULADI”

Abstract

This study aims to determine the strategy of the Population and Civil Registration Office of Jombang Regency based on the outreach program. The Jombang Regency Population and Civil Registration Office improves services through an outreach approach, namely the CAK DULADI (Print a Birth Certificate Immediately) program innovation. This study uses a descriptive research type with a qualitative approach with the Strategic Management theory according to Tony Morden (2007). Based on the results of the study, it was found that this program is an alternative strategy chosen in order to increase the number of birth certificate ownership in the Jombang Regency area. Although in the process the program faced a number of obstacles, the results of the study indicate that the CAK DULADI outreach initiative ran well and effectively and had a positive impact both on the community in obtaining birth certificate documents and for the Jombang Regency Population and Civil Registration Office in terms of improving public service performance.
