Abstract

This study aims to analyze the optimization of village public management governance based on Green Public Policy in an effort to achieve economic equity and poverty alleviation in Cisadane Village, North Gorontalo Regency. The research method uses a qualitative approach with a case study strategy through in-depth interview data collection techniques, participatory observation, FGD, and documentation studies. The results of the study show that the optimization of public management governance through four main strategies of green institutional strengthening, multi-stakeholder collaboration, community-based economic empowerment, and green transparency has succeeded in creating inclusive and sustainable development. A significant impact can be seen in increasing the income of poor families by 25%, reducing the unemployment rate, and maintaining environmental sustainability. This study concludes that the integration of Green Public Policy principles in village governance not only strengthens synergy between stakeholders, but also becomes a catalyst for sustainable development that can be adopted as a model for other villages.
