This study aims to analyze the implementation of Occupational Safety and Health (K3) policies in the company environment, where K3 is a policy implemented by the government and business actors to prevent work accidents and reduce the risks caused. The research method uses descriptive qualitative with a focus on case studies on the implementation of K3 policies at PT Gramasurya. The data collection technique was carried out by in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of this study show that the implementation of K3 policy implementation is still not optimally carried out because employees and companies have not fully implemented the K3 culture, including limited facilities and infrastructure provided by the company. This study was conducted to examine and analyze the regulations for the implementation of K3 policies at PT Gramasurya with descriptive qualitative methods and data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation with a theoretical approach to policy implementation influenced by safety policy indicators, employee incentives, training, communication, planning, and control. The results of the study show that in general, PT Gramasurya has shown commitment to the implementation of K3, but there is still a gap between formal policies and practices in the field, especially in the aspects of supervision, provision of incentives, and equitable distribution of training. After this research, it is hoped that it will become a material for internal evaluation and improvement of PT Gramasurya, as well as improve the regulation of the K3 system to suppress work accidents from occurring.
