PENGEMBANGAN DIGITAL BASED LEARNING SERVICES (DBLS) UNTUK MENINGKATKAN PELAYANAN PRIMA DEPARTEMEN GEOGRAFI

Abstract

This research aims to develop web-based digital media that can be used in the management of academic administration efficiently, effectively and easily accessible anytime and anywhere. The research method used is a mixed method, which combines a quantitative approach through a survey to analyze student needs, as well as a qualitative approach through observation, interviews and validation by experts. The results of the needs analysis show that most students need an administrative service system that is practical, transparent and accessible online. The media developed was validated by three experts and was declared very feasible in terms of media, language and visuals. Implementation through training and socialization shows that students can use the system well and feel significant benefits in accelerating services. The conclusion of this study is that the developed web-based digital media is able to significantly improve the quality of academic administrative services and can be recommended for widespread use in the environment of higher education institutions.
